Fire protection works to Tesla’s new offices and warehouse.
Works include, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system, occupant warning, fire hydrant and fire hose reel, 3rd party interfacing with electrical, mechanical and security systems
Sydney Central Courthouse
IFPS have been engaged to upgrade the fire alarm and detection system at Central Courthouse.
Larmont Hotel
7 level Hotel Refurbishment in Potts Point. Works include fire sprinklers, upgrading for the fire alarm and detection systems and EWIS systems.
APRA 1 Martin Place
IFPS have been engaged to provide the fire protection works for APRA. 4 Levels of fire sprinklers, fire alarm and occupant warning. Builder is Schiavello Constructions NSW
UBS PROJECT INFINITY
UBS PROJECT INFINITY
IFPS has been engaged by BUILT Pty Ltd (BUILT) to undertake the fire protection works at Project Infinity – Interim Premise Fitout Works for UBS AG Australia Branch (UBS)
Project Infinity is the planning, design and construction of UBS’ interim premise workspace (circa 6,300sqm) to accommodate for 700 staff members. The project is located at Chifley Tower, 2 Chifley Square, Sydney NSW 2000, including Levels 4, 8 and 20-23.
Fire protection works include:
Fire alarm and detection to all levels
EWIS system to all levels
MASDS system to all levels
Gaseous fire suppression systems L4
Fire sprinkler system to all levels
Integrations with Mechanical, security AV & BMS
UNSW Quadrangle
IFPS have been engaged to provide the fire protection works at UNSW. 2 Levels of fire alarm and occupant warning. Builder is ATG projects.
FCA Queens Square
IFPS have been engaged to provide the wet & dry fire services on the Law Courts office upgrade project. 3 levels of fit out. Builder is Built, consultants are LCI.
31 Market Street - Fire Upgrade and Fit Out
IFPS have been engaged to provide the fire order works at 31 Market Street Sydney. A complete fire hydrant upgrade to 41 levels including 6 new fire pumps, new fire hydrant & sprinkler boosters and a 2 level fit out. Managed by Forge and ATG projects for their client Mirvac.

The Boot Factory
IFPS have recently been appointed as the wet & dry fire contractor of the Boot Factory heritage restoration and upgrade project in Bondi Junction.
Waverly Council is transforming the three-storey Boot Factory building at the rear of Norman Lee Place, 27-33 Spring Street into a civic innovation hub of the future designed by 2020 Good Design GOLD Award winner, architectural firm Archer Office based in Surry Hills.
Department of Communities & Justice
IFPS have been engaged to provide the fire protection works to the East and West regions for the Department of Communities and Justice projects.
The project consists of wet & dry fire protection works across 25 different government courthouse buildings, correction centres and juvenile centres
Sydney Football Stadium.
